As I look ahead on this path, whether it leads me to become a Guru Cemerlang or not, I know that every step I take matters. This journey is not just about achieving titles or recognition, but about growing into the kind of educator who inspires, leads, and transforms.

I believe that through consistent learning, reflection, and contribution, I will be able to create meaningful change not just in my classroom, but in the wider education community. With clear goals, aligned to the MOE’s 6-stage model, SKPMG standards, and PCDL principles, I’m not just dreaming, I’m planning, acting, and moving forward.
